This training is suited to charity communications professionals who are responsible for social media or marketing at their organisation. Workshops are open to a maximum of two people per organisation.
The beginner-level workshop is aimed at charities who are using Facebook and Instagram to engage audiences, considering investing in advertising on these channels or just starting out. Going back to basics, this session will take you on an interactive journey from getting started through to understanding how to buy ads and finally measuring your success. Media Trust has partnered with Facebook Blueprint, Facebook’s training arm, to bring you a unique, hands-on workshop covering the fundamentals of Facebook and Instagram marketing, specifically for charities.
This interactive workshop will equip you with the knowledge and skills to build real strategies and run effective advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Facebook experts will guide you through a series of modules, as you work in teams with like-minded charity professionals to develop a media plan around a theoretical charity brief which you’ll pitch to a panel at the end of the day.
